| The club's name is usually shortened to Hibs.<br />The team are also called The Hibees (pronounced high-bees) and the The Cabbage, a shortening of the rhyming slang for Hibs of Cabbage and Ribs, by the club's fans.<br />Hibs supporters are known as Hibbies (singular: Hibby).<br />Home matches are played at the Easter Road stadium, which is all-seated and has a capacity of 17,500.<br />The club has played at Easter Road since 1893, having previously played at Hibernian Park.<br />Hibernian have won the Scottish league championship four times, most recently in 1952.<br />The club have won the Scottish Cup twice, but not since 1902, which is a notorious drought.<br />The last appearance in a Scottish Cup final was in 2001, where the team lost 3–0 to Celtic.<br />The last major trophy won by the club was the 2006–07 League Cup, when Kilmarnock were beaten 5–1 in the final.
